Code of Conduct

Code of Conduct:

When people sign up they need to accept the code of conduct if not, they will be asked to either keep to the code or find a better group that fits their needs and wants.

To accept any women regardless of status, job, interests, experience.

To give a safe place for women to practice public speaking.

Everyone must agree to the rules when they sign up or sign in for each meeting.

You don’t have to speak at meetings but there must not be any talking down or negating anyone’s feelings or thoughts.

Any conflict of interest or personal conflicts that happen at meetings will be resolved by steering committee but must be presented to the committee to listen, consider and decide what is best for the group as a whole.

Any comments/quotes/posts submitted to the website/blog must comply with the guidelines of the group and may be used to promote Social Media Women.
